About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the full recruitment cycle across multiple departments, contributing to the attraction and hiring of top talent. This position is ideal for someone passionate about recruitment, ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the recruitment team, including interview preparation and candidate communications.
  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Mandatory previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (Minimum 1 year)

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Language Skills

  • Advanced English level (C1 or higher) is required.
  • Clear and neutral accent for effective communication with international candidates and stakeholders.
